[FR]: What's the best way to from modularization migrate to 'Play Feature Delivery' ?

[Play Feature Delivery](https://developer.android.com/guide/playcore/feature-delivery#feature_build_config) need requires a reverse dependency.

eg: from `app |> feature` to `app <| feature`

I don't know how to migrate this development mode better, is there a best practice ?
