[Bug] Wrong list position when navigate back to topic screen in For You tab

### What happened?

Steps to reproduce:
1. In For You tab, select any topic
2. Select Saved tab
3. Select For You tab again
4. Observe that list was scroll up.

Start by reproducing the four listed navigation steps in the For You and Saved tabs and compare the list position before and after returning to For You. Trace the topic-screen navigation and list-state handling; done means returning to For You preserves the prior scroll position instead of scrolling to the top.
