Description
### Description
I'm looking to use the NDK in an ARM Linux Docker container running on an Apple Silicon computer. However, it would be great to have support for any Linux Host on ARM.
Components that need Linux Arm support:
- [ ] ndk-build
- [ ] LLVM toolchain
- [ ] CMake
- [ ] Ninja
- [ ] Make
- [ ] Python
- [ ] yasm (probably switch to nasm)
- [ ] shader-tools
- [ ] simpleperf

Research direction
Start by auditing the listed NDK components—ndk-build, LLVM toolchain, CMake, Ninja, Make, Python, yasm, shader-tools, and simpleperf—for Linux ARM host support in the Docker environment. Done means the NDK supports a Linux ARM host on Apple Silicon and all listed components are supported or have an explicitly documented replacement.
