Bug: when switching to PIP, it stretches entire content, instead of video itself

I can see the text and button getting stretched to the minimized size, and only when fully reaching PIP mode, it shows just the video.

Speaking of PIP, I don't see it working on YouTube, even though it's updated to latest version and I have final version of Android O

Start by reproducing the reported switch to PIP in the Android media sample and inspect the transition from full content to minimized mode. Check the separate YouTube PIP report as an additional case. Done means only the video scales during the transition and PIP behavior is verified on the stated Android version.
