BlockStore: Restore issue with multiple device

I have integrate blockstore for my app. It is working on same device. If i uninstall or install again. I am able to get previous data which is store. But unable to get same data on other device. I am testing this on debug. Please help me here.

Start with the BlockStore sample entry point and reproduce the reported behavior on one device after uninstall/reinstall, then on a second device. Determine whether cross-device restoration is expected for this sample; done means the expected behavior and any required change are clearly identified, with a reproducible result.
