Description

The [docs on the repo for using synthetic data state to use `adb`](https://github.com/android/health-samples/tree/b98ca9d21a361abe064a7661783191e8f575f034/health-services/MeasureDataCompose#try-it-with-synthetic-data); however, [the docs for Wear OS 4 say that is no longer needed](https://developer.android.com/health-and-fitness/guides/health-services/simulated-data) and that the emulator now natively supports these events.

How do I control the emulator to walk vs run, etc? I tried this slider in the emulator extended controls, but it seems to have no effect:

Does this repo work with Wear OS 4 and if so what are the steps for synthetic data on that OS?

Research direction

Start with the synthetic-data instructions in health-services/MeasureDataCompose and compare them with the linked Wear OS 4 documentation. Determine the supported emulator workflow and controls, then update the repository documentation so the Wear OS version, required steps, and expected result are clear.
