Input-sdk is not working on unity

I have followed documentation and both version of input sdk is no longer working,.
I used openupm and the unitypackage and i cannot get working the sample. The sample also does not include the library.

Start by reproducing the sample using both the OpenUPM package and the unitypackage, following the referenced documentation. Check whether the sample includes the library and identify why neither distribution works; done means the sample runs successfully with the library available.
