Need to create RealTime support for Text being captured is good quality or not

I want to integreate the same functions to my college project and I need to add functionality in App as such it should tell me whether I am Capturing The image, perfectly such that the text is appearing clearly while capturing or else it must tell to go right or left or up or down or 5 degree clockwise etc
