CameraXBasic: "Permission request denied" after accepting permission.

Hi,

After running the application and accepting the permissions, I received a toast message that read "Permission request denied." Even after checking in the app info, all permissions were granted, but the camera still does not work.

Start by reproducing the CameraXBasic permission flow on Android 9 using the Redmi 6 details in the report, then inspect the app's permission request and camera startup paths. Done means granted permissions no longer produce the "Permission request denied" toast and the camera works.
