Description

the module structure here is quite strange, and a little all over the place. i propose:

Quantification.Types
Quantification.Rec
Quantification.Exists
Quantification.Lifted -- contains arbitrary lifted classes, tbh i think this should be its own library on top of quantification

Research direction

Start by reviewing the current module structure and exports for Quantification.Types, Quantification.Rec, Quantification.Exists, and Quantification.Lifted. The issue needs a maintainer decision on the proposed organization, including whether Lifted should become a separate library; done would mean an agreed and implemented module layout.
