raw devices on windows

Hi,

Two issues:
1) in the example sio_sine.c, it is impossible to select a raw device without specifying a device id.
2) when i try a raw device (i have two devices, both behave the same in respect to this issue), all i can hear is a garbage.
3) the raw device (or the garbage it produces) does not respect a global volume setting. by global, i mean a device volume, not per application. if this is a correct behaviour, then i suggest to note it in the header documentation :D

windows 10, x64

libsoundio 1.1.0 (i cant build newer version because i use msvc. or at least i dont know how)
