Feature request - Song voting

Don't remember if it already this type of feature is built in... but figured i would ask so that it might be put in this new GrooveBasin.

This regarding the random always playing function.... I do not remember the features name...

- the ability to vote on the song
- Can only when the song is playing
- Only one vote per song, play (each time it plays)
- Can vote up (like the song, Fav.) or down (dislike the song, Not a Fav.)
- Up vote likely hood of it being play more often.
- Down less likely to be played more often
- The more votes on a song increase or decreases the likely hood of it being played.
