説明
It seems that with non-US keyboard layout, keyboard shortcuts are not working for the keys which are not located at the same position.
For instance with an AZERTY keyboard, the keys "<" and ">" are not located at the same position as the QWERTY keyboard, and so don't work.
Same for the "?" key.
