Also make Genesis DPI aware so that High-DPI displays can be used with Genesis. Consider that it's entirely possible for one window to be on one monitor with a different DPI than a window on another monitor.
Genesis should handle monitors being inserted and removed, and if you drag a window from one monitor to another, the DPI should be adjusted.
