Request: can we get a 'stretch' based image?

I'm fairly new to docker so I don't know how to do it, if its possible, or if the tool chain will correctly be build. But the title basically says it. Can we bump the base debian version from `jessie` to `stretch`?

I would love to have this with the convenience of having direct access to the updated versions of tools found in `stretch` compared to `jessie`.
