Scoreboard show 1.000+ stats with a "."

Its a feature request. It would look much better and you can see faster how many kills or wins you have if there would be 182.488 instead of 182488

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Just add a "." if the number goes over 1.000. Vault has such a feature as well. "%vault_eco_balance_commas%"

I would like to see this in he future just to let the scoreboard looks much better
