**Describe the bug**
I want to forceStart an arena which has not enough players, but after I issued '/bw forceStart' nothing happened.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Issue '/bw forceStart' in an arena which has not enough players.
**Expected behavior**
The countdown to 5s.
