pop up towers can be infinitely used by hold on offhand

**Describe the bug**

u can use pop towers infinitely when you hold it on offhand
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. buy a pop up tower
2. hold pop up tower on offhand
3. place it on somewhere
4. and it doesnt disappear from your offhand but mainhand item decreases by 1

**Expected behavior**

the amount of pop up tower on offhand will decrease by one
