**Describe the bug**
The wood that is not placed by a player can be stripped and then destroyed by a player in 1.20.4, paper server with the latest bedwars1058
**To Reproduce**
buy an axe in a game, hold it and right click on a wood block that is not palced by a palyer
**Expected behavior**
the wood should NOT be stripped
