gen splitting doesn't work

**Describe the bug**
When you stand near a player who is standing in the gen, it should give both of you equal amount of resources but it isnt the case here

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Example:
1. Stand in the gen
2. Ask another player to come closer to you
3. Check if they're getting resources

**Expected behavior**
The gen should split according to the plugin configuration.

**System (please complete the following information):**
- OS: Linux
- Server software PaperMC
- Server Version 1.20.4
- Plugin Version 23.12.2

**Additional context**
Currently, i do not have the gen split addon installed.
