"Unknown command, /help for help" for both final-kill and normal-kill reward commands

So when i tried to execute commands for both normal and final kill, the chat shows the default wrong command error. When I tried to use the console alternative, the error persists. Also, no additional info shows up in the console. I also checked the syntax and it is correct. Here's the config: https://pastebin.com/3WJhyXbk.
