Descrizione

### What's wrong with the existing documentation

The current README for the TTURL project is informative but lacks a clear structure, which makes it difficult for users to navigate. Improving the organization of sections will enhance readability and user experience.

### Proposed Changes:
- Table of Contents:
Add a table of contents at the beginning for quick navigation to different sections.

- Section Headings:
Clearly define section headings for each part, such as Demo, Getting Started, Usage, Contribution, and Learn More.

- Consistent Formatting:
Ensure consistent formatting throughout, including code blocks, bullet points, and spacing for better visual appeal.

- Usage Instructions:
Provide a clearer step-by-step guide under the Usage section, possibly with screenshots to illustrate the process of shortening URLs.

- Contribution Guidelines:
Link directly to the CONTRIBUTING guide at the beginning of the Contribution section for easy access.

### Benefits:

- Enhances user experience by making the README easier to read and navigate.
- Encourages more users to engage with the project by providing clear instructions.
- Improves the overall presentation of the repository.

Kindly ASSIGN me this issue.
I'd love to contribute.
