BUG:Footer Links Not Opening in New Tab

### What happened?

Description:

- External links in the footer (like GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.) open in the same tab, causing the user to leave the site.

Expected Behavior:

- Links should open in a new tab (using target="_blank").

Steps to Reproduce:

- Scroll to the footer.

Click on the external links.

- Observe that they open in the same tab.
