About Detailed View Of the Documentations.

There is no detailed view for the documentation so whenever I click on the View link there is no page opening.
Adding the detail view for documentation is important thing Because it will give a detail overview of the documentation.

Expected Solution:
1. Create a detail view for documentation
2. Create an HTML File for the detail view.
3. Add URL to view link tag so that after clicking there will be a detailed view.
