Will the use of a C backend break the cross-compilation support ?

Hi,
I saw that you're working on libui. I just wonder, will the fact that ui will use a C backend (using CGO I guess ?) break the cross-compilation support ? (Like, building for Windows although I'm on a Linux computer)
