Be able to catalog perl modules installed with [`cpan`](https://metacpan.org/dist/CPAN/view/scripts/cpan).
Additional considerations:
- Should we also consider cataloging packages installed with the [`ppm`](https://metacpan.org/dist/PPM/view/bin/ppm.pl) tool.
