Annotations support

Would you consider adding support for Annotations?

Start by locating the scan-action entry point and the code that formats or reports scan findings, then compare its current output with the annotation behavior described in the linked example. Done means relevant findings are surfaced as GitHub annotations and the existing action behavior remains intact; add or update tests wherever the repository covers output reporting.
