Description
From `/content/docs/guides/vulnerability/interpreting-results.md`, risk scores are supposed to be between 0.0 and 10.0 but the example table immediately below provides values `99.0 (kev)` and `100.0 (kev)`.
Is this a typo, or are different scores presented when the vulnerability is found in the KEV list?

Research direction
Start with /content/docs/guides/vulnerability/interpreting-results.md and compare the stated 0.0–10.0 range with the example table's 99.0 and 100.0 KEV values. Determine from the surrounding guide whether KEV uses a different scoring convention; done means the examples and explanation consistently describe the applicable range.
