Implement an option to match source data size

Create an option in the configuration file to match the size of the source data. For example, if the source value is `Johnson` (the word of 7 characters), and the user wants to anonymize this with a `first_name` filter, they should be able to define that the generated value must be not shorter than the original value. Or perhaps exactly equal in size.
