Reasons:
This proposal aims to help contributors understand the process more quickly and enable more individuals to contribute to our project. It also allows new contributors to receive more support as they take their initial steps into our project.

We want to see our community grow and involve more contributors in our project. This proposal takes us one step closer to that goal.
