Unable to decode image "JpxError: OpenJPEG failed to initialize".

I'm getting the error:

Warning: Unable to decode image "img_p0_1": "JpxError: OpenJPEG failed to initialize".

I've done some limited digging but I'm inexperienced in this area. I found this: https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/19517

Would this line up with your understanding, and if so does this mean a new build should roll out of pdf.js soon and then lector would upgrade?
