Current approach just concatenates all the CSS using [next-stream](/anandthakker/next-stream), but the obvious shortcoming is that sources are lost. How best to deal with this?
1. Stream of streams - could use a vinyl-like approach where `style-stream` itself emits `{ url | path, css }` objects, where `css` is itself is the stream for the actual css.
2. Attach metadata inline - i.e., take an option to somehow just attach metadata to the stream as it currently works. Easier but hackier.
