Description
First, congrats on this! its the only thing i could smoothly run on windows using command line. Not even the norKeys font did it correctly or smoothly, for me. Or the piano/chart which appears to have been abandoned or outdated since it always threw errors. Also in the norKeys font Some of the highlighted keys just had gaps or weird looking lines. This one appears to work consistently. I figured some things on my own though: 1. You have to clone the repo and will find many chords already pre made which is a nice bonus. 2. To highlight black keys you have to use the note and then the hashtag sign, no idea how you would do flats but it doesn't matter that much. Not sure if you could scale the keyboards to occupy the entire screen, or the entire image. Also not sure if you could change the color of the highlighted keys or put dots on them which I think is better for marking. Also, how can I highlight keys on different octaves if size is for example 15? A last feature I would love is a converter to png and the ability to specify a file name and maybe to be able to put up to 4 text characters on keys for note names or fingers to use. I think I can do a simple python program that would act more as a gui, letting you use checkboxes or something similar and then write that to a command file you could run and then you would get the output of svg files all into one directory. For what I am using this is fantastic, so thank you immensely for this!
