Description
No clue where this layer is coming from @aaronlidman. Defined the layers here [leaflet_options.js#L22-L83](https://github.com/amyleew/osrm-frontend/blob/gh-pages/src/leaflet_options.js#L22-L83), I [had to define `Mapbox Emerald` twice](https://github.com/amyleew/osrm-frontend/blob/gh-pages/src/leaflet_options.js#L24-L33) for it to show up properly. Can you take a look?
