In Internet Explorer 11 a submitted form with an input which has an empty name attribute is sent like this:
`http://example.com/foo?bar=baz&=06%2F12%2F2016`
Note the `&=`
Can the name attribute be completely removed from the replaced input field when `hiddenName` is used?
