iPhone 'next field' button skips pick-a-date field

On iOS devices, iPad and iPhone, the native form UI bypasses the disabled pick-a-date field when clicking 'next field'. In other words, a user filling out a form using iOS native widgets will skip the disabled 'date' field, failing to trigger the pick-a-date ui. This means the data will not be input, or that users will have to manually touch or click the pick-a-date widget.
