Time values not available after clearing fields

The issue is related to the example found here:

There seems to be a problem: Select a time from the *\* From:*\* field (let's say 03:00 AM). Select an hour from the **To:** field (let's say 05:00 AM). Now clear the **To:** field. Try selecting an hour from the *\* From:*\* field. You see here that the time options sould be extending beyond 5:00 AM since we have already cleared the **To:** field.
