Scroll on tap prevent selection on IE with classic theme

This happens only with IE (tested both on ie9 and ie11).
Using the classic theme, when the calendar opens and goes below the visibile window (out of the frame) if i click on one of the visible dates, it first scrolls up to show all the calendar and then I have to click again to select a date, this doesn't happen on other browsers.
