Pop-up calendar doesn't show itself

Hi. When I make a form with the pickadate input it doesn't show itself. I have two links in the section which refer to css/default.css and css/default.date.css. And I have updated js scripts at the end of the HTML file:
I did everything as it is shown in the date.html file. But the calendar pop-up doesn't show itself.
What is wrong?
