Problems with september in Safari

Hello. I'm using date picker for a personal real estate project, and stumbled upon the following problem: In safari, I can't get the calendar advancing months after September 2017. Also, the day 30 appears twice. Certainly, I don't have a clue why this is happening, and tried in many apple devices to figure the problem, and it is the same, in iOS and macOS.
