1. Should we name those differently? E.g. "findings", "recommendations", … ?
2. What form should they have?
3. Where should we host them?
4. When do we need the formalism of such a tool vs. replying to or filing an issue?
5. When we file an issue against another WG, how do we make it clear that it's on behalf of the AC, vs. a random person?
