* What data do we need to confirm (or infirm) the hypothesis outlined in the report and how do we get it?
* What aspects of the projects are affected if the hypothesis is confirmed?
* What existing or new groups should be tasked with researching the affected areas and proposing changes?
* What do we do about the areas the TF left untouched? (Ads, Stories, Email, Etc.)
