Using the dropdown box to change versions leads to a 404 error page
### Reproduction Steps
1. go to [https://amp.dev/documentation/components/amp-carousel](https://amp.dev/documentation/components/amp-carousel)
2. switch version from 0.1 to 0.2
3. url changes to [https://amp.dev/documentation/amp-carousel-v0.2/?format=websites](https://amp.dev/documentation/amp-carousel-v0.2/?format=websites) which is a 404:
