Text field inside gstatic page is not properly aligned and the title does not say "www.gstatic.com"

### Reproduction Steps

Test Case - [1.4.8 Feature: page attachment]

Steps:
1) Go to https://www.gstatic.com/amphtml/stamp/qa/page-attachment.html
2) Click on "Swipe up" button from the bottom of the screen.

Observed :
a) It is showing gstatic.com
b) Text fields are not properly aligned.

Expected :
