amp-script container needs width or height

### Description

On the playground samples the container layout of the amp-scripts doesn't have any height or width set, but works, why doesn't this work on my setup?

I use the exact same setup, but I get the error:

Skipped initializing amp-script due to zero width or height

I find it annoying that the documentation is not up2date on that matter or that the playground is not correct.

### Reproduction Steps

Look at the following playground, there is no mention of width or height on the amp-script and not even set the data-ampdevmode.
