[amp carousel] Right arrow is not showing up on Safari/Desktop

Only left arrow is displayed on the slides in carousels

### Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Safari desktop browser;
2. Switch to mobile view and open dev tools;
3. Open test link with carousel. Example https://amp.dev/documentation/examples/multimedia-animations/video_carousels_with_amp-carousel/preview/?format=websites
4. Swipe between slides. Pay attention on arrows

Actual Result: Right arrow is not displayed

Expected Result: Left and right arrows should be displayed

Additional info: Issue reproducible on beta and stable amp versions. Problem appears for image and video carousels. Reproducible only on desktop browser (ios devices doesn't have this issue)
