AMP Cache filter amp lib javascript files out

To whom it may concern:

This is my [AMP page](https://tw.bid.yahoo.com/amp/homepage), It works well and amp libs could be load as usual. (I use `LTS` version)

But when i check [AMP cache](https://tw-bid-yahoo-com.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/tw.bid.yahoo.com/amp/homepage), We can see amp libs can't fetch back. Looks like AMP cache filter these amp lib requests out. There will be only blank page without any content. It will also affect Google Search Result AMP Viewer display and make SEO sucks.

I wonder can someone help for this issue ?

Here comes my Chrome version: 99.0.4844.51 (Official Build) (x86_64).

### Reproduction Steps

1. Visit [AMP Cache page](https://tw-bid-yahoo-com.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/tw.bid.yahoo.com/amp/homepage).
2. Check source code or DevTools Network panel. AMP Libs js requests were filter and no longer exist.
