Adsense amp-auto-ads, The response does not contain placements object

Is it an AdSense server side regression or a pub account issue?
Before amp-auto-ads run fine. about 7 days ago, amp-auto-ads was not okie. although amp-ad run fine on another page. Error:
- No placements in config
- Unable to fulfill ad strategy

Checked:
- AMP page. Okie, amp-auto-ads added
- Adsense account: the AMP auto option is ON & tested ads settings preview tool, its okie with max 8 ads in-page.

Im not sure what is really the reason of bugs, AdSense server or Adsense account or amp-state codes. so, Can we test 2 cases?
1. don't remove amp-state, amp-list code (**_testing this case_**)
2. remove amp-state, amp-list etc and just keep texts, images

this is the first time using amp-state code, Do you have any advice for me?
**Update**: may be i found the reason. i will test & update the result later.
**Update**: i can't understand, amp-auto-ads is "no placements in config", however amp-ad code is fine on same post :(
