Related to #32072

- ~~**opened browser tabs now point to IP instead of localhost**, which may fail in some network configurations (e.g. corporate proxies).~~

- ~~**stories hang while loading with error** `TypeError: storyStore.setSelectionSpecifier is not a function`.~~
