Create AMP component moviads-player

## Summary

Create an AMP component that embeds the MOVIads Player video. We wanted to create an AMP component for our publishers in order to easily integrate this into their amp pages.

## Motivation

As part of its activities, the MOVIads advertising network provides publishers with a Video Platform to manage video content and embed it on publisher websites.

Player MOVIads is an integral part of the platform. Some publishers are refraining from switching to AMP solutions due to the inability to place the MOVIads player as an AMP module.

Player MOVIads has unique solutions to manage platform user accounts. There are no other AMP solutions associated with the Video platform.
